Vegan Italian Dinner

I am very  lucky to have several friends who are amazing chefs, one of whom happens to be my co-worker Yassir. THANK YOU for making Cristina and me a delicious vegan dinner of tomato/cannellini bean soup, butternut squash risotto, and soy ice cream! YUM! Oh  – and I paired it with a Chrysalis Viognier, thinking we were having Indian food, but it worked out pretty well. 🙂
